Imaging Analysis (X-ray/MRI)

Our chiropractor receive training in radiology and radiography as part of their chiropractic education. Radiographic imaging interpretation and analyis are carried out to exclude underlying pathological cause (red flags), confirm diagnosis, determine appropriateness of care, and identify contraindications or factors that would affect or modify the type of treatment plan.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained chiropractors use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body’s physical function.

Soft Titssue Therapy

Soft tissue treatment involves the assessment and treatment of any soft tissue injury that is causing pain and abnormal function. Soft tissues include ligaments, tendons, muscles and fascia. Techniques including soft tissue release (STR), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Myofascial Release (MFR).

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment that is used for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, the practitioner inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch.


Kinesio Taping

Kinesio tape, as it’s often called, got its name because it is used to aid muscle movement. It’s a thin, flexible tape that is meant to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation, and provide support to joints and muscles.

Exercise Therapy

Exercise and rehabilitation play an integral part in everyone’s recovery from pain or injury. Our practitioner may advise you some exercises and workout programs to do at home/gym, to accelerate your recovery progress and achieve health goals.
